Welcome to the Administrative and Fiscal Services (AFS) website. The Administrative and Fiscal Services units advance the Learning College and promote student success by providing the highest quality services in the facilities, business services, human resources, information technology, budget, audits, and auxiliary services areas. The units strive to support the educational mission of the College and to enhance the quality of life for students, employees and interested members of the community. The seven AFS units with their over 700 staff and administrators provide services ranging from building maintenance to child care, from internal auditing to professional development for employees, and from financial management to networking and instructional information systems. The Office of the General Counsel interacts with the AFS units on a regular basis helping them to improve their services.
