Take a look at the new Course Information Pages. Some faculty have provided additional information about course requirements. There are only a few because the web resource is new. Look for additional pages in the future.
Do you want to learn more about WebCT and Online Learning?
By going to, http://www.montgomerycollege.edu/distance/onlineorientation.html, you will be able to gain immediate access to a WebCT Demo course and learn more about online courses at Montgomery College. This Online Orientation is self-paced and available 24/7.
Registering for a Fall 2008 Online Class?
- On-Campus and Online registration have opened. You can register in-person or online through MyMC.
- Late registration for a DL course will require you to obtain the instructor's approval in order to get into the course.
Semester Start/End Date:
- Fall 08 semester begins on September 3 and ends on December 21.
Accessing Online Courses:
- Log in to MyMC using the link at the left (If you need assistance logging in to MyMC, use the Help & New to MyMC
link under the MyMC login box for first-time user information).
- After logging in to MyMC, click on the WebCT icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- You will be taken to a page named My WebCT which will list your course, if it has been made available.
- Enter your course site by clicking on the course title.
- All courses will be available no later than September 3rd, the first day of fall semester. Some, but not all classes
may be available earlier. That is an individual faculty decision. Email your instructor with questions.
Important Note: Some online courses at Montgomery College are not delivered on WebCT. Please go to DL Credit Schedule Page.
- Locate your course title on that page.
- Follow the directions in the note below the course listing.
