Welcome to Physical Sciences
Takoma Park/Silver Spring's Physical Science Department includes
six disciplines: Astronomy, Chemistry, Engineering, Geography,
Geology, Physical Science, and Physics.
This site lists the courses that are usually offered in each
discipline (note that some courses are not offered every
semester). To view the courses, click the appropriate button
for each discipline.
The current Chairpersons of the Physical Science Department are
Dr. Adel Halli (240-567-1414) and Dr. Max S. Nam
(240-567-1433). The department Administrative Aide is Ms. Barbara
