I know I speak for the entire Montgomery College community when I say that we are deeply saddened by the news of Councilmember Marilyn Praisner's passing. Ms. Praisner has been an extraordinarily dedicated public servant and a great advocate for children, for families, and for education. On behalf of all of my colleagues, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the Praisner family.
