Montgomery College Closing Today, June 4
Widespread Power Outages at Campuses
Montgomery College closed this evening, June 4,
at 4:45 p.m., due to widespread power outages on its campuses. This closure
affects the entire College.
With
the College currently in summer session, the closure affects scheduled evening
classes. The closure also affects any evening services and events.

Montgomery College is a
public, open admissions community college with campuses in Germantown,
Rockville, and Takoma Park/Silver Spring, plus workforce development/continuing
education centers and off-site programs throughout Montgomery County, Md. The
College serves nearly 60,000 students a year, through both credit and noncredit
programs, in more than 100 areas of study.
