Our Mission

In support of the Montgomery College mission to be a high quality teaching and learning institution, the Office of Human Resources partners with the College community to provide a broad array of programs and services.

We partner with our leadership to recruit and retain a highly qualified diverse faculty and staff; facilitate positive employee relations; and educate to enhance employee skills, performance, wellness, work-life balance, and job satisfaction. We create and implement innovative programs and advanced technical systems to increase organizational effectiveness.
