Employee Engagement

The mission of the Employee Engagement program is to support programs and services that either improve or maintain the quality of work life for Montgomery College employees. The Employee Relations programs comprise the employee recognition program, employee assistance program, job relations counseling, conflict resolution and avoidance, policy interpretation and grievance processing for staff employees.

Currently the Employee Relations function in the Office of Human Resources is in transition. Human Resource Specialists, J. Lee Snowden and Trina Bruce are providing assistance to faculty and staff. Both bring passion to these roles as they learn the College culture and come to know a dedicated workforce.
