In his inaugural address one year ago, Dr. Brian K. Johnson, president, launched an initiative to improve communications throughout the College community. The listening tours were developed in the spring semester of 2008 to create an interactive, two-way, face-to-face stream of communication and bring to light issues that are important to the entire College community. This participatory process provides faculty and staff with an open forum to raise questions and share important issues with College leadership, and become actively engaged in the College problem-solving and decision-making processes.
