Autumn is inspiring for walkers everywhere. Nature wears her
most colorful robes during autumn. The vibrant
reds, golden yellows, vivid oranges, and
dusky browns evoke a sense of serenity
against the crystal blue sky. Throughout
October ("Walktober"),
you'll track your progress to see how your
fitness and endurance improves. Look forward
to a boost in your energy and outlook,
a more restful sleep, an increased ability
to handle stress, and healthier appearance.
You'll also get a chance to earn
prizes while you get more fit! Here's a final
thought: if you keep up a walking program
through the autumn and into winter, you'll be in good shape
by the time of the
spring thaw!

SCREENING -
Dr. Ben Haner, Chiropractor, will be in
the Foyer of the Student Services

10:00am – 2:00pm to give FREE posture exams
